Eligibility for Returns

To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:

  • The product must be unused, unopened, and in its original packaging.
  • The return request must be made within 14 days of delivery.
  • For hygiene and safety reasons, opened or used permanent make-up products cannot be returned.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Opened or used cosmetic or PMU products.
  • Items marked as “Final Sale.”

Return Process

To initiate a return:

  1. Contact our support team at info@phishop.us with your order number and reason for return.
  2. Once approved, you will receive return instructions and the return address.
  3. The customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless the product arrived damaged or defective.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you receive a damaged or defective product, please contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos. We will provide a replacement or a refund after verification.

Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.

  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable.

Exchanges

We do not offer direct exchanges. If you wish to replace an item, please return it (if eligible) and place a new order.
